Tomorrow (maybe even today) is Thanksgiving. and if i don't say so myself, it's a day of thanks...? ;) well there are plenty of things to be thankful for, from food.. to even being alive today. what are you thankful for?

i'm thankful for everyone who has ever made me smile, i mean yeah thats a LOT of people have made me smile, but a simple smile or joke, definately makes my day.

i'm also thankful for God letting me be the person i am today, i think i'm at a place in life, where i'm starting to understand things more and easily, and i'm growing in him, and for everything thats happened in my past, i'm definately thankful that i'm not dead.

i'm thankful for some materialistic things... like the guitar, if there was no such thing as a guitar, i wouldnt be the person i am today, the guitar has shaped and formed so many molds in my life, that that instrument has and had a huge impact.

there are plenty more things that i'm thankful for, what about you? =)

God, of course, for putting me back on track and giving me many, many second chances.
My parents and family for raising me and taking care of me.
The monks of Belmont Abbey for giving me an education and a job.
The monks of Saint Meinrad Archabbey for giving me valuable life lessons, encouragement, formation, and happy memories.
The Sisters of Mercy of Belmont for being there for those in need.
My parish priest, Fr. John for all of his support of my education and well-being.
My friends for being awesome.
My dog Pepper, who died this August, for 13 years of tailwagging and giving me something to look forward to.

Slainte!
