Once you get to be 102, you'll have no fears...you'll just be a jolly old person:p

Gotta be aware of wind, both ways.
Getting older will either make someone get older or get better:cool: with a little help. Look at Abraham & Sarah in the OT.

And that's why we care for our health too like a precious gift, do as well as we can to prevent these from happening. Our spiritual well-being is so valuable, but other people not just learn abt physical health and well-being, but practice it:).

God bless all who care for the Temple of the Holy Spirit.

"Getting old ain't for sissies."

If we're going to make this a serious thread after all, directly against the intent of the one who started the thread... I take a philosophical perspective. I know I will get older and my abilities will diminish. What I cannot do in the future, I will not do. If it needs to be done anyway, I trust God will have someone in place to do it.

I will still do what I can as long as I can though. I park at the tail end of the church parking lot because I can still walk just fine, and I'm not parking closer until I get a LOT older and more stove-up. But when I do park closer, I will have good reason to and I'll have no shame about not being able to walk that far any more.

I don’t care how old I get, I’m not getting my prostate checked.

That's great!

I have noticed with some dismay that becoming an adult did not keep me from doing stupid stuff like I thought it would when I was a kid. But since old age will slow me down, at least I won't be doing as much stupid stuff by default.
