So, basically we've made another D.A.R.T. thread, but somehow decided to make it a Sticky and deceive newcomers into thinking that this thread was about introductions and welcoming people...I can't see how this would be disorienting for a forum newb at all. >_<

(I mean, look, I am no saint when it comes to derails...look at my sig, after all...but this thread is a STICKY...it's a reference thread at the top of the page. It's like derailing the sign-in guestbook for a wedding reception! How do you even do that?!)

*thinks about the scenaro he just presented...resists the urge to reply, "Challenge accepted!" to self*

We're all way too good at entirely derailing (or should it really be unraveling?) threads. So I can't say I'm shocked. Lol.

It was a good idea, just ruined by people more interested in themselves than allowing new users to have a starting point to help them. I find it a sad reflection on those that chose to ruin the thread and not care or even make jokes about ruining it.

Garfield is male, he has a girlfriend Arlene, I just typed and remembered you have a girlfriend named Arlene too. I'm not joking he really does. My son watches the Garfield show on Netflix all the time. I personally find the show depressing because Garfield is a negative cat.

Yep, Arlene, she is this pinkish colored cat with big red lips. He drags her name out too, because of his nasal voice, Aaaaaarrrrleeennnneeee, I hate that show.

I apologize for my behaviour. I was the one who derailed the thread. I also joked about it in my reply yesterday. That was immature and not the way to have gone about it. I am sorry for derailing this thread.
