To say God will love you no matter what you do, is the forked tongue of misconception, the same as the deception of Eve. One side of the forked tongue speaks truth. Yes God is Love, and he cannot hate. Just as satan took and used the sepent to lie to Eve, saying that God said not to eat of this fruit, but you will not die, you will be like God knowing Good from Evil. Wrong. Just the forked tongue, as in saying "God will always love you no matter what you do" Other side of the tongue didn't tell the truth, that sin brings separation from God, and sin eventually brings spiritual death. The word of the Lord says this, when sin has conceived it will bring forth death.
So where did Eve go from there, thrown out of the Garden that God created and made for them. They were stripped of their glory, and the serpent, who was satan, took the form of it, LIED.
If God loved them no matter what they did, or any other one, for that matter, why were they thrown out, and Adam was told now you will work till you return back to the ground, from the toil, then it was a blessing to them. Thrown out of paradise on earth.
Why did God put a mark on Cain when he killed his brother Abel, and did not repent to God, but said "am I my brother's keeper, like he couldn't care less. God said his blood cries out to me from the ground, and cursed Cain, and told him he was to be a vagabond on the earth, and all would know what he did, by the mark upon him.
When Samson was disobedient and told his secret, he was stripped of his power, and became like an OX pulling a wheel, blind, and a slave.
The forked tongue will lie. WE are all responsible to our actions, and God does love us, but the actions seperate us, for sin is disobedience. Their's a price to pay, if repentance is not of the heart.
Just as Eve was told you'll become like God.
How could someone habitually sin, it is a state of pride, that nothing will happen to them, my bible says, pride cometh before a fall, just as satan fell out of the heavens, cast out of heaven. What about Jezebel who hated the phrophets, wanted them killed, was in withcraft, etc, a Queen, but God had her eaten by dogs, sin, is destructive, dishonoring, and deadly to the spirit.
All the things in the New Testament, Judas for one, for what reasons, seperated himself from Jesus, and betrayed him, dishonoring him for 30 pieces of silver, hung himself, because he couldn't live with his guilt, and yet, didn't repent.
All through out it says, repent, sin bringeth death, to the spirit, for it is being seperated from a HOly Loving God, that brings a deep darkness into the soul of man.
This is why Jesus came, for he is the light, life, and in him their is no spiritual death.
THe biggest lie, misconception, and deception, God loves us for he is love, and what we do, he says, "choose this day who you will serve."
Just as all disobedience brings separation, so it was with man in the garden, it is now.
Maybe other's think they could do that like a God,
disregarding, knowing that it is evil, and not obeying the words of the Lord God.
There was a price that was paid, Christ paid it.
There will be a price that will be paid, by the human soul, believing this, bought by believing it, and a permanent home in eternal damnation.
Just as Delilah said to Samson, the Philistines are upon you after she cut his hair, as a sign of his strength, so it is with deception, as satan said to Eve, you will not surely die, if you partake, or didn't use the word,
