Anyone can say anything. She's 19. She's in rebellion. Sometimes teens do stupid things in that mode. Remember the girl who sued for emancipation, won, and then sued to force them to pay for her school? Stupid like that.
Well this woman said what she said. I see nothing in her statement to indicate she is in a rebellion. Let us therefore assume her plight is genuine. What solutions to this problem can you think of?
For myself I can think of two off the top of my head.
1. Assuming her parents are documented citizens, simply a paternity test proving she is their child should be enough to prove she is a citizen.
or
2. In the most extremist case, simply marry a citizen.
Is something like this possible? I suppose. Possible, but highly unlikely.
If true, it would make an interesting commentary on how the world really does exist on paper or, I guess, in code.

For me to look for solutions, I have to see a problem first. I don't see one. I see a 19-year-old woman home-schooled and out of the house for the first time, and doing what most men and women that age do in that situation: Rebelling. We have nothing but her word that any of this is true. On a You.Tube video.
Please. How does a woman -- one who knows how to use You.Tube -- in this day and age live for nineteen years under the radar to the point she has no documentation of her existence? It stretches the imagination to the breaking point.

If it pleases you, I have heard tale that there are millions of people living in America undocumented. Therefore it is no stretch of the imagination to think this situation is plausible.
The problem according to her is that she knows no way to prove citizenship and is therefore unable to do many things such as travel, attend college, etc.
So therefore the solution is to find a way to prove she is citizen.

Seems to me that Family Services should step in, or the Judge she said she went to should step in, and file charges against the parents for Child Endangerment.............Goodness knows they have to be the dumbest parents ever...........
She (if this is all true) is surely in a pickle...........but, then, given the current Administrations policies concerning undocumented workers.......she should have no problem whatsoever getting a job, and Welfare Benefits, free Phone, and many other giveaways.

The link I provided in the OP gives more details than the video, but it's still puzzling how this could happen.
She is 19 years old, and therefore not a child.
I see no way in which her parents have endangered her. There is no profit to be gained in filing charges against the parents.
All that is needed and requested is a way to prove she is citizen. Surely there ought to be a few methods to achieve this. Outside of a paternity test, I am wondering if she or her parents have any sort of witnesses to her birth, video, etc.

A little off topic but my mom works for the clerk and recorder. She had to beak the news to a 20 something that who he thought was his dad isn't. He was in to get his birth certificate.

There are a lot of people my age and older who's only documentation of birth was an entry in the Family Bible or the first national census after their birth. A few missed out on both because their families lived in secluded areas. The first time I needed a SSN was to enter the Navy. Fortunately I was born in a doctor's clinic, and had a birth certificate. I think that the government was so eager to fill the draft quotas, that they would have accepted just about anything that said that you were born on the date that you said you were for the SSN.
Is her Dad a reliable witness though? Here's a quote from the news story posted above in the OP....

The Dad is anti government, has not filed taxes since 1996, and has 9 other children undocumented (but 3 did later receive documentation)
This is a good video. However, this only proves her claims true that she, for the time being, needs help in proving her citizenship.
I am hoping here indeed this man shall help her.
