Isaiah 35

Behold The Coming Kingdom

1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God.

3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.

8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

9 No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:

10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

His vengeance will come upon all those who don't obey the law, right?

Agree, but what is your point?
The point is you're a false teacher. Hate to break it to you, but the true church is not comprised of those who obey the law.

loved the read

“but ye are come unto mount Sion , and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:”

did you notice how Sinai is an earthly pattern of Zion ? And How the old covenant was given from the top of Sinai, when God said this to Moses the mediator of the law

notice how he’s saying no one may come close and see me or they will surely be put to death

“and be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.

And thou shalt set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, that ye go not up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever toucheth the mount shall be surely put to death: there shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live:

when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount. And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount. And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly. And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder,

Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice. And the LORD came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the LORD called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up. And the LORD said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto the LORD to gaze, and many of them perish.

And Moses said unto the LORD, The people cannot come up to mount Sinai: for thou chargedst us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it. So Moses went down unto the people, and spake unto them.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭19:11-13, 16-21, 23, 25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This law is very specific to a people and a land and is according to everything it’s mediator Moses wrote in his book just before he died for his transgression against Gods command striking the rock with a staff from frustration , rather than speaking to the rock as God commanded him.

See how the le came to man there from Sinai ? This is what the new testsment explains about it

“For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest, and the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more: (for they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart: and so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:1

God knew they couldn’t bear the commandments after he spoke just ten simple precepts such as “ do not worship false gods I am the one true and only God “ or “ do not kill one another “

these basic simple things they couldn’t bear to keep so this is how they responded after hearing them they knew

“Now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more, then we shall die.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭5:25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

do you see how this perception of Gods words “ if we hear the Lords words we’re going to surely die “ came from the law that came from the fire and terror and wrath upon sinia that’s being spoken because j has defiled the people ? And how it could never change and heal and save a persons soul so as we’re told we haven’t come to Sinai and it’s law we’ve come to Zion the heavenly kingdom and to Jesus the better mediator of the better word that calls us near to God like this

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:28-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

v stay away or die ( in tbe ot they were covered with thier own sinful garments jesusnis speaking to those baptized for remission of sins they could now come near because he had washed thoer sins away )

Verily, verily, I ( the lord ) say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24

We’ve come to this covenant for this promised land

“but ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. ( Abel’s blood never promised forgivness of sins it only called out to the lord for justice and accountability which the ot word followed after )

See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. (Jesus the mediator of the new covenant )For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, ( Moses with the word from Sinai )

much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:”( Jesus )
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:22-25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:38‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: ……Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.”
‭‭John‬ ‭18:36-37‬ ‭

“So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

jesus is on mount zion in the heavenly Jerusalem with the spirits of his people who by his blood were made clean and perfect from thier sins beforehand
