I guess it turns out people wouldn't vote for him if he shot someone in the street.
The ultra MAGA loyal crowd would probable argue it was self-defense!

Things are very weird these days, I liked it better when there were rumors etc., but a lot stayed out of the public square.

Perhaps some would.
What I object to is the dishonesty of not admitting that in a binary choice, by default, regaling against one is not also promoting the other. This conveniently allows the individual, at least in their mind, to disassociate from the other option. Thus, on the one hand, they claim moral superiority, while on the other, they are held unaccountable for the moral failings of the one they are actually helping.
It's a clever ploy, but it's also dishonest.

Again you seem to not understand that there are more than two choices for President on the ballot, and that most people live in states where their Presidential vote has no effect on the outcome.

There are only 2 who have a chance to win. More dishonesty. And every state election impacts the presidential outcome. Some seem more sure than others, but last I checked, every state participates in the electoral college.

And the dishonesty I spoke of, you are guilty of.

Another way to get people not to vote for Trump would be to put forth the virtues of his opposition and tout their positions. Since your current tactics aren't working so well, perhaps you can try this tactic.

So it seems you just equate "dishonesty" with disagreeing with you. Try and work on that.

The fact is, there are more than two choices for President on the ballot, and one always has the choice to not vote for any of them.

Are you really not understanding the point? You really don't know that most states are either solid Dem or Repub, regardless of who the candidates are?

And the dishonesty I spoke of, you are guilty of.
Right, because I disagreed with you.

I am not sure people really see themselves as being dishonest they are just arguing their side, bring morality into it just bogs down the conversation .. but that is just mho.

Lots of people disagree with me. I don't call them dishonest. So there goes that reasoning.
Can a candidate get to 270 without their solid supporting state's votes? No. The votes still need to be cast and recorded. That the outcome in many states doesn't seem in doubt, it seems each state actually facilitates this happening.

I agree that they will never admit to being dishonest. And generally I wouldn't consider someone arguing a particular position as dishonest. But holding others to account while insulating oneself from accountability is dishonest.

If you don't realize that most states' outcomes are effectively already known, I think we're done. I suggest you look into the concept of "swing states".

How is it that you do not discern this time?

Luke 12:54 And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.

The MAGA movement is a cloud rising out of the west. So we know there will be a shower. I have seen populist uprisings in China, in Bangladesh and in other countries. Iran is being swept with a Christian revival. A cloud is rising and it is rising out of the West. The idea of freedom and democracy does not come from Iran or China, it comes from the West.

55 And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.

10 million illegal immigrants crossing our southern border is the South wind blowing. We know that we will have a drought coming. Sure enough we see it come as businesses flee San Francisco and NYC begins to dry up. Offering to pay the downpayment on homes for illegal immigrants is just one of many ways that the economy will dry up.

56 Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

Consider the use of the word hypocrite, not fool, not ignorant, not blind. The world leaders know what is coming, they know their policies will result in a certain outcome but they lie about them. We are seeing businesses, malls, restaurants and retail outlets closing down in NYC, in San Francisco, and in Chicago. This is like a blasting southern wind causing all the plants to dry up and die. We see draconian taxes being levied in NY, this also will come as a result. The people telling you these things are good and everything is fine are hypocrites. They aren't fools, they aren't ignorant, they are not blind. Do not argue with a hypocrite, it is a waste of time. How is it they can't discern this time? It is because they are hypocrites.

This is the 2nd time you've said we're done. I guess you were not being genuine the first time.
Do you believe people don't actually vote in partison states that the last elections vote totals will be used? And why are you talking to me? I live in a red state purposefully. I enjoy low taxes, plentiful employment, opportunities for educational choice, a justice system that locks up criminals and supports law enforcement personnel, an educational system that doesn't expose children to perversion, supports parental rights, is against mutilation of children, and a host of other God given liberties. Do you really think you could convince me of anything? That somehow I would be influenced by a disingenuous poster more than a lifetime of people pouring their lives into mine and 62 years worth of education and experience? While I'm open to learning from anyone, I'm already familiar with your left wing sources. Do you have any conservative sources?
I know what we can do. Let's pick a day and listen to the Dan Bongino show. We can each make a list of all the things we believe are false or untrue. Then we can compare notes. What do you say? This way anyone who wants to listen can do the same. Then we can see who you really are. Then if you like, we can listen to a show of your choosing and do the same. What do you say?

It's by topic, not person.

That question doesn't make sense.

Because you replied to my post.

Nope, I can tell that you will support Trump no matter what he says or does.

While I'm open to learning from anyone, I'm already familiar with your left wing sources. Do you have any conservative sources?
I provide sources that people are free to either look at or ignore. It's interesting that you're opposed to "left wing sources" but okay with conservative ones. It gives the impression that it's not bias you're opposed to, but you just don't want to see info or opinions that differ from yours.

We can do that if you like, although I don't have a show to offer since I don't listen to talk radio or podcasts.

First Japan, now this

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia (AP) — Ethiopia's currency lost 30% of its value Tuesday, the day after the central bank began implementing a flexible exchange rate policy backed by the International Monetary Fund as part of new measures to stabilize the eastern African nation's economy.
