I think we have to look at everything.

The protests in Israel demanding for peace and security. The UN planning on adopting the Pact for the Future at the Summit for the Future later this month. The WHO declaring an international health emergency. The desperation from the globalists over the presidential election, the war with Russia escalating, BRICS emerging as a viable alternative for the US dollar, US banks on the verge of financial collapse, the collapse of the Chinese economy, and massive layoffs from AI. Add to that the Venezuelan gangs taking over cities in Colorado, and every day we are a little closer to collapse and anarchy.

According to the Lord the world will be clueless. The thief will come while they are all crying "peace and security". He comes in riding on a white horse to save us, a counterfeit of Jesus Christ. It will be like the days of Noah where everyone was oblivious until the flood came and carried them all away or like Sodom right up until fire fell and destroyed them all.

So the economic news is simply one piece to this puzzle.

I was simply responding to the video. He supported the green new deal and strengthening WHO and WEF.

So they sold their US Treasuries before they matured?

No, T bills have a maturity date. https://www.treasurydirect.gov/marketable-securities/treasury-bills/

If you sell them before their maturity date, you don't get their full value.
You are very funny. I am a stock broker and I sold Tbills at a firm on Wall street when I was younger, so you really do appear to be very naive. See what we do is we use a calculator and calculate the value of the bonds with the interest payments still to be made based on the current interest rates.

A typical use for a Tbill is to buy it and then hand it to a bank as collateral on a mortgage. You get a much lower rate if you have a collateralized loan and yet you get paid interest on your collateral.

But that is neither here nor there, you can sell Tbills any time you wish and your questions just exposes how little you know about this instrument.

So you're aware that they have a maturity date.

See what we do is we use a calculator and calculate the value of the bonds with the interest payments still to be made based on the current interest rates.
Yep. So it makes sense for some holders of T bills to sell them before the Fed starts lowering interest rates, right?

Obviously not the case for the Saudis and Japanese.

I gotta ask, why does it seem like every Trump supporter here can't hardly post without insults and calling people names?

All I can figure is, that's one of the main reasons why you like Trump so much. He's angry, nasty, and likes to call people names and people like you identify with him because you're like that too.

So if you have it in you to interact with people who are different than you, but without the insults and name calling, I urge you to find that part of you and expand on it.

there was nothing insulting about my post. You are clearly ignorant about the Bond market.

A 20 year Tbill is a contract to pay a certain interest rate over the next 20 years. If current interest rates are lower than what you are being paid people will have to pay a premium to buy the bond from you, if they are higher than what your bond is paying they will get a discount. Either way you can sell the bond at any time. We would calculate the price of the sale based on how many years to maturity and the interest rate it is paying, adjusting the price to equal the interest rates of the current day. That is how the bond market works in a nutshell, though it can become much more complicated than that.

A bond is not a CD. There is no "penalty" to sell though you will have to pay the broker a fee to sell it whereas if you hold it to maturity you won't have to pay that fee.

Be more specific, which post have I said something that I need to apologize for and when would you determine that this should be?

If the dollar doesn't collapse, or the US Petro dollar doesn't disappear as you seem to be predicting, will you admit you were wrong?

Once again, answer the question, which post are you asking me to apologize for if something that I have predicted does not happen? be specific, I am journaling relevant news stories for this topic.

Just above in post #1575 you posted about a "big sign dollar to fall". Is that a prediction that the US dollar is will fall soon?

In post #1565 you posted that since Saudi Arabia and Japan sold some of their US treasuries, we can "say goodbye to the Petro dollar". Is that a prediction?
