The Hand Book of Life
We live in a world where so many things are being made and in order for us to understand and know how these things functions; we have to read and learn the hand books of these things. Also, in order for us to know how to use the things made by others, we have to read and learn the hand books of these things written by their makers.
For example, in order for you to know how to operate a mobile phone well, you have to read the hand book of the phone and learn how to operate or use the phone. Without you reading the hand book of the phone and learning how to use the phone, you will be unable to operate the phone or use the phone as it should be used. So you have to read the hand book of anything not made by you so that you will learn how to operate or use that thing.
Again, when the phone is bad or not functioning well; you have to take it to a repairer who has been trained to repair such phones. And the repairer will repair your phone and give it back to you in a good condition that is the phone is functioning well again.
Again, when your phone is bad or has spoiled and you failed to take it to a repairer who has been trained to repair such phones, you will be unable to use the phone because it is bad and you have not repaired it. But take note that there are some fake repairers and so you must go to the right repairers in order for your phone to be well repaired.
The example above is the same with life. When God created us and sent us into the world, He also wrote a Hand Book for us on what life is all about and how to operate life.
In this Hand Book, there are rules, laws and regulations governing life. The Hand Book also teaches us how to make life easy, enjoyable, sweet and how to handle and overcome the tribulation of life.
The Hand Book of life written by the creator (GOD) who created life is “The Holy Bible”. The Bible is the Hand Book of life. But what surprised me is that we are reading and learning the hand books of machines in order for us to know how to operate or use these machines; but we are not reading and learning the Hand Book of life which is the Bible in order for us to know how to operate life or how life functions. It is only in the Hand Book of life that you can learn how life functions, how to operate life, how to overcome the problems of life, how to make life easy and enjoyable; how to be successful in life and how to use the things created by God.
For example, there is a natural principle which governs prosperity and this principle is based on sharing what you have with others. That is why the Bible says “It is blessed to give than to receive”. So those who give or those who share are being blessed by God and if God blesses you, you must prosper. Again, the Bible says “Those who give to the poor shall never be in need”. So those who give to the poor shall never lack. This is prosperity. Again, the Bible says “One man gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffer wants”. Wow! What a blessing to learn the Hand Book of life! Look at the millionaires around you, they give to charity and their millions multiply instead of reducing. This principle never fails and anyone who applies it prospers.
If you are not reading and learning the Hand Book of life then how can you know all these? How can you know how to operate life? How can you know how to overcome the problems of life? How can you know how to be successful in life? How can you know how to secure eternal life? How can you know the purpose for which God created you? How can you know how to use the things created by God? etc. You will never know all these; I say “You will never know all these and you will never know how life operates and how it functions when you are not reading and learning the Hand Book of life”.
Again, just as we have repairers to repair our machines when they are bad; in life also, there are repairers who have been trained by the Holy Spirit to repair and to guide us in our lives. These repairers are Men and Women of God (i.e. Pastors, Prophets etc.). They are there to guide us, to repair our lives and to show us the way of life. Just as we have fake repairers who claims that they can repair our machines, in life also; there are fake men and women who claims to be Men and Women of God. That is why that Bible says “Beware of false prophets”.
Just as when your machine is bad and you failed to take it to a repairer who have been trained to repair such machines, your machine will remain bad forever. This is similar with life. In life, when you failed to take your problems, troubles and predicaments to the repairers of life (Men and Women of God), your problems or predicaments will remain unsolved.
But give thanks and praises to the Almighty God for He has given you the right and the authority to come directly to Him for your problems to be solved and for your life to be repaired.
Wow! What a privilege we have to have such a wonderful Father, merciful Father and lovely Father; who loves us more than we love ourselves.
My dear parents, friends, brothers and sisters; go and read and learn the Hand Book of life which is the Holy Bible. By so doing you will know what life is all about, you will be able to operate life, you will understand how life functions and you will be able to overcome the predicaments of life. Also remember that the Hand Book of life is the Word of God in the Holy Bible and the word is God Himself that is why the Bible says “In the beginning was the word, the word was with God and the word was God”. So, before you read and learn the Hand Book of life, ask God to send His Holy Spirit to make you understand the Hand Book of life because the words in the Hand Book of Life are Spirit and Life.
Give thanks and praises to God Almighty and always read and learn the Hand Book of life so that you will not live in ignorance in this our wonderful world.

By God's grace of His Son given to us, we know to love Him, serve Him, be with Him, live for Him, have Him become us, reborn of Him, we are a temple of Him.
