The Blue State Exodus: As Millions Flee, It Could Flip the Political Map
America has covered a lot of ground over its short history—and it's on the move again.
Tax on what you earn, tax on what you buy and taxed on what you bought. And you have no say in where your money is spent. Americans are blessed because they have somewhere they can move to that has more sensible policies. Europe has fewer places to go. The mega rich have plenty of options. Many countries welcome them instead of playing Robin Hood.
Tax is necessary. Government is also necessary. However, good government these days is an oxymoron. This partly because of enforced multiculturalism, again the socialist dream. When you have a plethora of different cultures, all with different ideas of what is good, it is near impossible to keep everyone happy. And since socialists have to justify their foolish policies, they pander to the minorities instead the majority.
"There is a way that seems right but the end is death". Proverbs 16:5. Our only hope is to pray.
This is one of the reasons I believe in a pretrib rapture. When God's people are taken up, prayer will no longer intercede for the world. That will allow Satan to introduce the Antichrist and usher in the tribulation period. Meanwhile, the gospel still needs to be preached.
Overreaction? Where I live, the government has introduced about 70 laws that limit freedom of speech, affecting Christians in particular. A number of proposed anti Christian laws have failed to pass, which is a blessing. In the UK, there circumstances in which you can be jailed if you look like you are praying, even if one word does not come out of your mouth. Our redemption is closer than when we believed.
