Leviticus 19:15) Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
Deuteronomy 16:19) Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous. 20 .) That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
Job 37:23) Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict. 24 .) Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.
Psalms 33:4) For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth. 5 .) He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.

Ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also? 41 .) But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.
42 .) But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Acts 17:29) Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device. 30 .) And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:31 .) Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

Psalms 145:8) The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. 9 .) The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. 10 .) All thy works shall praise thee, O LORD; and thy saints shall bless thee.
Psalms 86:3) Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily. 4 .) Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. 5 .) For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. 6 .) Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications. 7 .) In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.
2nd Samuel 24:14) And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into the hand of the LORD; for his mercies are great: and let me not fall into the hand of man.
Exodus 34:5) And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD.
6 .) And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, 7 .) Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.

Matthew 5:7) Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Matthew 5:44) But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45 .) That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Luke 6:35) But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. 36 .) Titus 3:4) But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, 5 .) Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; 6 .) Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; 7 .) That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
James 2:12) So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. 13 .) For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
Jude 1:20) But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21 .) Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. 22 .) And of some have compassion, making a difference:23 .) And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
God is Great! God is surely merciful!

God is Great! God is surely merciful!
If every human would see the whole of scripture as one unit, not old and new, but one unit telling of the same story of God's plan for our salvation, we could be united, we could be one body under God. If, when a person made up their mind about what God says about any subject, if we would use a concordance and look up every single verse about that subject to see the unity of scripture about anything, we could each see the entire picture and not be divided. If we would follow every single thing from the beginning of time that Christ replaced from temples, to blood, to priests, we would all understand both God and Christ better. There wouldn't be all the denominations and differences of understanding of God.
If, added to that, would be a study of each culture and ways of thinking of each period of the thousands of years of people that God uses to explain how He works in the world, we could all better understand what the spiritual message is of this scripture. We would know what it feels like to live in Egypt for 400 years and then go into the desert, and finally into Canaan. We would know how the rabbis and workers felt in Jesus time, and what their thoughts and problems were. We would know Paul's problems with the churches of his letters and why he wrote each letter. With this knowledge, we could be united in the Lord, and one family.

Such a LONG commentary. Jesus does get his 2 cents worth in the bible. Actually his 2 cents is a LOT.
"Seek FIRST the kingdom of God." Matt 6:33 see also Luke 12::21
He also has given the LAST COMMANDMENT, most people will detest that one. They will have no choice but to obey:

I agree with everything you said for sure, but I will also add that...
1. I love the entire gambit of truth that is found in the scriptures...even the (hard) sayings if you will....
2. It is all equally the word of God....
I love the fact that when you study and come to something that is difficult and then the (light bulb) goes on (Spirit Revealing Truth) and it is like finding a gem or a gold nugget in the old proverbial mine.
