They do that is true, pretty sure NC still has one. However if they try to charge someone with it, the prosecutors really don't have any legal standing anymore because of the precedence from the Tx case. Most likely those laws will remain on the books and go the way of old fashioned laws like It is illegal to use a lasso to catch a fish." which is still a law in Tennessee.

Yes, Grey. Crimes that are labeled as hate are only against homo's. It is sad but true.

Or race or creed? I don't think you understand what a hate crime is. Its only taken into judgement when the crime was perpetrated solely because that persons race/religion/orientation.

There is definitely something wrong with all this hate crime stuff. Has anyone ever beaten someone upo or killed them out of love? Isn'it almost always out of hate? Hy should the penalty for killing an athnic minority or homosexual be more than nother murder?

Because our elected officials have for some reason found a special place in there heart for homo's and Muslims. Mind you that Muslims want to destroy our way of life. If homo's have there way, there would be nobody, a work of Satan. If Muslims have their way only certain people would be rich and no hope for the average person. That is Sharia law. Then we are fighting the green movement. That tells farmers what they can plant and how much water they can use. Limiting them on insecticides and saying we can import the food we need from developing nations. So we can't feed our self. We have no means of manufacturing thanks to the green movement. Because of all the regulations placed on corporations, they have moved to other countries. Because the spotted owl needs the land. A farmer in California ran over a rare rat. The EPA confiscated his land and ousted him because it was more important for that rat to live than us. We will rely on other countries to feed us so a rat can live. And homo's can thrive. its not will God judge but when.
