We must be honest, so that we may truly find mercy for our sins.

Honesty is not simple, it takes prayer and meditation.

We all have a sort of running tape of thoughts that play constantly. It is like a dialogue with yourself. This dialogue is subconscious in the main, it is possible to bring it into conscious thought, and find some of this dialogue is revealing and amazing. As I practiced this I once caught myself as I was thinking very judgmental and critical thoughts of those around me saying to myself "you are too nice to think like that". !!!!
