Watch the video on yer bud Alex Jones' site - scroll halfway down where the original report is - you can see halfway through it changes to D.

https://www.infowars.com/cnn-lies-labels-racist-gov-northam-as-republican/
if that is the case and cnn knew about the issue while cooper was on-air, cooper could should have verbally disclosed on air ... however, he chose to apologize via a tweet at zero dark thirty the following day (probably because of what was being tweeted / reported about the whole fiasco by all except cnn).

You only have to believe the back half of the video
correction ... the followers of cnn need to fact check what cnn is regurgitating / spoon feeding them ...

hilarious

the house were the ones who gave the President the power in the first place...albeit by a Repub gov but the dems have certainly taken advantage of it many times as well as veto power

The National Emergencies Act (NEA) (Pub.L. 94–412, 90 Stat. 1255, enacted September 14, 1976, codified at 50 U.S.C. § 1601–1651) is a United States federal law passed to end all previous national emergencies and to formalize the emergency powers of the President.

The Act empowers the President to activate special powers during a crisis but imposes certain procedural formalities when invoking such powers. The perceived need for the law arose from the scope and number of laws granting special powers to the executive in times of national emergency. Congress can terminate an emergency declaration with a joint resolution signed into law.[1] Powers available under this Act are limited to the 136 emergency powers Congress has defined by law.[2]

The legislation was signed by President Gerald Ford on September 14, 1976.[3] As of February 2019, 59 national emergencies have been declared, more than 30 of which remain in effect.[1][4]

it's beyond belief how the dems twist things and people who believe everything what the media tells them are being duped

there is no abuse of power anywhere but in the seat la Pelosi occupies when she shows up

as it is, her dream job is getting tougher than showing up with a new designer suit every day and swinging the gavel with a beatific smile glued in place

sadly, this is not the script she wanted to write but then again, what deals did she have to make in order to ensure those who wanted her gone did not vote nay?

Even before the last two months of disappointing negotiations, Congress was hardly silent on our lawless border. The legislative branch has spoken on the problem many times and on each of these occasions, it has granted the President substantial powers to fix it.

The 2006 Secure Fence Act, for example, commands the executive branch to “take all actions...necessary and appropriate to achieve and maintain operational control over the entire international land and maritime borders of the United States…,” specifically including physical barriers.
The Immigration and Nationality Act grants the President the authority to “suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non immigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

In this case, the emergency powers Congress has already delegated to the President are perfectly tailored to allow him to solve the border crisis. A declaration of national emergency authorizes the President, “without regard to any other provision of law,” to tap into funds already appropriated for military construction and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ civil works program.
Until Congress passes a new law or resolution — which would require a two-thirds majority in both houses if President Trump were to issue a veto — the legislative branch has already given the President ample authority to declare a state of emergency on the southern border.
So long as Congress remains unwilling to legislate a specific plan to bring our porous border under control, the President has the responsibility to use that previously-delegated authority to protect the American people.

What a sad state we have when a major political party's has only one goal.
Get rid of the president elected by the same system that has elected many from that same party.
Talk about poor losers!

Isn’t that what both parties goal is? I can still remember how the Republicans did what they could to get rid of Clinton, and then how #45 did his best to discredit #44.

not really

the GOP has voted many times to support Dem objectives that were reasonable and good for the country

but here we have obstructionists whose only goal is to get rid of Trump

in spite of the fact all the key players in the demolition party have all previously voted to keep the illegals out of the country

no...while I don't think either party is king of the hill, the dems really win the booby prize this time

y'all finally gave the Clinton crime family the boot though :sneaky:

although I don't think it's fair the way little Clinton is being attacked and told she is responsible for the attack in NZ

it just goes to show how the left...the hyper left anyway...are out to have something to go rabid over at all costs

and when you have people whose only agenda is impeach 45 and they incite their followers to go out and attack conservatives in restaurants etc, well it's time to consider what you follow

think for yourself (not addressing this to you personally)
