"As it is written, Jacob have I loved but Esau have I hated"

There are many who try to change or deny this verse, saying God loves some more than others or some such nonsense.

God does not love everyone equally and alike and sits around hoping you will let him help you. He is not waiting for you to decide or chose or allow GOD to come in to your heart. In fact scriptures say "there is NONE righteous, no not one" There is none that seek after God
Jesus Christ is Lord, the ruling risen savior ruling over his creation and the fact that he choses his people and their inheritance does not sit well with many.

God chooses his people, paid for his peoples sins with his shed blood and secures their salvation by himself and that is forever and cannot be changed. Aren't you glad that he has a people he loves. Not all people will be saved by our God, but each one he does is precious, beautiful and loved by our creator and God. Stand in awe and be still. Know that he is God and has chosen a most excellent inheritance for his people.

Be thankful he included you if he has in fact given you his spirit, and not left you in that terrible pit of helplessness and despair that all men are in. He loves his people. let them say so..................Trust in the Lord and give HIM all the praise.

"He shall chose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved" Psalm 47:4

God will save all who seek to be saved. He doesn't pick and choose which He will save and which He won't. We do that all on our lonesome.

1 Timothy

1 .) I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 .) For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 .) For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 .) Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Isaiah 30:18 Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to...

2 Peter 3:8) But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 .) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

15)
And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
