In my entire management plan, the six-thousand-year management plan, there are altogether three stages, that is, three ages: the Age of the Law in the beginning, the Age of the Grace (the Age of the Redemption), and the Age of the Kingdom at the end time. As the three ages are different, the contents of my works are different. But each stage of work is done according to man’s need, or rather, according to the schemes satan employs when I war against it. The purpose is to defeat satan and reveal my wisdom and almightiness and to expose all of satan’s schemes, thereby saving all mankind who live under satan’s authority. It is to reveal my wisdom and almightiness and also to expose satan’s hideousness, and even more to cause created beings to know good and evil, know that I am the Ruler of all things, see clearly that satan is mankind’s enemy, the scum, and the evil one, and make a clear distinction between good and evil, truth and fallacy, holiness and filthiness, greatness and baseness. So that these ignorant men can testify for me that it is not “I” who corrupt mankind but I, the Creator, alone save mankind and bestow to men the things to enjoy, and know that I am the Ruler of all things, while satan is only a creature which was created but later rebelled. In the six-thousand-year management plan, I work by three stages. I work this way to achieve such a result: to enable the created beings to testify for me, understand my will, and know that I am the truth. So, in the initial stage of the six-thousand-year management plan, I did the work of the law, that is, the work of Jehovah leading all the people. In the second stage, I carried out the initial work of the Age of the Grace in the villages of Judea. Jesus represented all the work of the Age of the Grace. He was incarnated and was crucified and started the Age of the Grace. He came to be crucified and accomplish the redemptive work and also to end the Age of the Law and start the Age of the Grace. So, he was called the “Great Captain,” the “Sin Offering,” and the “Redeemer.” Therefore, Jesus’ work and Jehovah’s work were different in content, but they were the same in principle. Jehovah started the Age of the Law and established the base, or the birthplace, of his work on earth, and he also issued the commandments. These were the two works he did, which represented the Age of the Law. When Jesus did his work in the Age of the Grace, he did not issue commandments but fulfilled the commandments, and in this way he brought the Age of the Grace and ended the Age of the Law that lasted two thousand years. He came to start the Age of the Grace and was a pathbreaker, but his main work was redemption. So, the work he did also includes two items: he opened a new age, was crucified, accomplished the redemptive work, and then left man.
