Yes, of course.
Maybe I misunderstood your other post. I didn't mean to imply that there would be no results or signs of Gods Workmanship.
Don't you know that it is only the Holy Spirit that can keep the Law?
We have the desire to make God happy because He has done so much for us. We have this weird tendency to think that our work at the law makes God happy. But it doesn't.
What makes Him happy is people relying on His Grace and Mercy. Knowing that they are weak but He is Strong. Because, for whatever reason that is not completely known or understood by me, God will not share His Glory.
He has shown us a little bit of Himself through the Lord Jesus Christ but He hasn't given us the gift of Perfection. We still fail, even when we don't want to.
My response has been "Lord, why can't I do it? Even when I want to and try my best I still can't?"
I had to learn that without the Lord I can do nothing. I had to learn that His Grace is Sufficient for me.
I can't be super Christian like some claim to be. I asked and asked. I thought I was supposed to. I wanted to be super Christian. I thought it was His Will.
I wanted to be just like the Lord Jesus Christ. I suppose I am more like Him than I ever have been before but its not because of my will or my work that this so.
I want to do what He does. But I can't even convey to Christians what it is that He does. But I try. And I try. And I try.
Not only signs (indicators), but fruit (tangible results)... (in us). Fruit of our death to our flesh on the cross with Jesus, that by His Resurrection He empowers us to put to death the things of the flesh, and a fruit of the spirit, by way of resurrection and belief followed by faith, which gives no allowances of anything outside of His will in our lives (including any readjusted good intentions on our part). This is the process of growing in Him but absolutely includes the subject of sins, for we are now more than conquerors in Christ to succeed at doing His will, capable of taking hold of the fullness of Christ in purity and holiness by living by our spirit in His Spirit.
Anything, therefore, done by me outside of my spirit governed by the Holy Spirit is of absolute no value; even the moral things my will can muster temporally. Contrarily; anything done by way of His Spirit thru my spirit, based on His timing (and in no way done in my flesh) is full of His power to get the job done by me (in my sanctified holy body, in Jesus Christ). This is His (not our) call to duty, in speech and in actions of demeanor, and in His availed power to accomplish His goals. not a call to a finish-line, or complacency but of power. The finish-line was (and should be celebrated) as the death of myself and my new birth in Christ, the realignment to God in proper cooperation one with another, our innocence restored by way of the Cross of Christ Jesus.
From this point of believing in Him we must still die (ourselves) by our choice to die to the right to ourselves viz., the revelation we died with Jesus on that Cross., and live our life as Christ lived it experiencing both His revelations by way of spirit only and not knowledge first, (Knowledge after - yes) coupled with obedience to the Father and, in Him, giving way to Him occupying the reigns of our life over our soulish living, or a self-awareness life-style.
We must pick up our cross daily and following Him. This is where His finishing work begins and is completed in growing up experientially from a baby to an adult in our maturing as He leads, and guides, and protects, and enables us along the way..to do the will of the Father, to do His intentions and purposes. God knows the desires of the hearts of man, and He will give us life, but He is interested in "His Best" for us, and will not pit-stop for a second around our "good-enough's."

We must live by the intuitions of our spirit in the Holy Spirit Grandpa....and we will know.
God has done so much for us - without question, immeasurable things of grace! But put your pants on, for He has plans for you...to prosper you and not harm you. To give you hope and a future of Himself being found in your life accomplishing things in Him, for His name sake. God's question for you is, "Why can't you do it?" He has given you the power in Christ to get it done (those things He has made clear for you to do by way of spiritual intuition).
The experience you are learning is how to live by the spirit and to put to death the things of the flesh, by way of the soulish life-style. I loved the story you shared of Mary, try praying and seeing if God will unveil its real meaning......it will come. For Jesus said, "Come to Me...." "and I will....." Smile. May God richly Bless you Grandpa, stay pliable to His intuitions of guidance, for it doesn't follow our reasoning. There are no wrong wrongs, only wrong rights. For God created all things, thus as one learns, of what we have in Christ Jesus, we simply alter a wrong back to right once more by way of the Spirits revelations and our obedience to it.
In Christ Jesus all things are possible.

In Geneses it says that God created a man in his image. So what will be the differences between Abraham scarifying his son to God's willing to scarify Jesus?
The law of Moses has been abolished, the law of God has not. The law of Moses was only a shadow of the real law to come- which is found in Christ. Yes, we will still have the Old Testament in our bibles until the end, but we are not under it. Let me explain...
Those under Moses obeyed God's law physically- which was not the real way, but only a shadow of the real way. Just like the globe is not the real earth, but only a representation of it. But under Christ we obey God's law spiritually. Under Moses you could not physically commit murder. But under Christ, if you hate your brother, you are already guilty of murder. So if you love your brother, you will not steal, covet, murder, etc.- therefore, love fulfills the law of God.
These physical ways under Moses are nailed to the cross. We no longer take people out of the city to stone them. We no longer have a high priest sacrifice a physically perfect lamb.
And we cannot be under Moses and under Christ at the same time. (Romans 7:1-4)
Christ has all authority today- that leaves none for Moses. (Matthew 28:18).

Paul got that from Jesus:
John 8:34
Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
Being free from the law of sin and death is only applicable to those that walk after the Spirit.
Yes, and WE decide whether to be led by the Spirit or to walk after the flesh.
If we decide to be led by the Spirit, then the Lord empowers us thru the Spirit.
If we decide to walk after the flesh then we have yielded to satan who empowers us to start dying... which is to become blind again.

I explain it this way. The Law of gravity still works on planes, but the law of aerodynamics allows heavier Ryanair aircrafts to stay in the skies.
Jesus death on the cross taught the world that there is a greater law than that given to Moses. The Law of grace.
Although the law of sin and death still works upon our bodies, those who have been born again know how to fly on wings of eagles.

Welcome to CC, Zohar. Hopefully you will find kind and patient people to answer your questions about Christianity. It must be hard coming from a Muslim nation and accepting Jesus as savior.
There are many doctrines and sayings and rituals that appear strange until you get a chance to study the Bible fully yourself and pray about it.

[h=1]Galatians 3:24New American Standard Bible (NASB)[/h]24 Therefore the Law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith. Now that means we by faith fulfill the law thru Christ. We do not stop at Christ, but continue to fulfill the law ourselves in Him.
That's kind of backwards.
We are justified by faith. And the law is not of faith.
So Christ fulfills the law in us, by faith. And that is how we are His Workmanship and not our own. We don't strive to fulfill laws. We strive to abide in Christ and Rest in Him.
Otherwise, Rest is no rest at all. And some would have a place to boast.
I suppose it works out pretty much the same in the end, as long as your focus and goal is Christ and not fulfilling laws.

The fact is that God given us the laws and if Jesus said not to obey the laws than he is not the son of god.
