10. The name of Yahweh is a strong tower; The righteous runneth into it, and is safe. (Proverbs 18:10)

The righteous run into it.

So we must have a thirst for righteousness, if we seek cover from God.

God is righteous, and everyone who is begotten of him, and know him, will do the righteous, but everyone who follows they own desires, avoiding to do selfless good, do not seek the will of God.

Our Lord Yeshua die for us, and revealed us the way of salvation, when we follow him, living like he lived. But if say that we are his follower, but still live our life according to our own desires, then we lie, and the truth is not in us.

As it is written that, everyone must lose they life, for the Lord, so that the one may find the real life in him, in the Lord Messiah Yeshua.

Do not deceive yourself by the heresy of our time, what the church of today spread to everywhere, instead bend your heart to the honest seek of God's will.

And may God bless you in that true improvement in the Lord Messiah Yeshua.

"The name of Yahweh..." Isn't Yawhweh already His name?
Wouldn't it make more sense then to speak of "the name of the LORD?"

The so-called original Scriptures also use God's name in that Psalm, so it likely that it has been written like this in the beginning, when the Spirit riced up those words from, the righteous man who have write it down.

May be king David?

I do not see the problem in that original scripture.

That's not my point at all. Like: if your name is Mikko, it doesn't make sense for me to speak of "the name of Mikko," since it's already obvious that that's your name. Btw since biblical times jews haven been hesitant to mention the Lord's name, sometimes they just refer to Him as "ha shem" (the name). Notice how Proverbs already uses a similar term: שֵׁם יְהוָה (ha shem adonai) and not just the tetragrammaton.
