We have a singer who writes her own music and a guitar player who writes his own music. Do we have any other musicians here?

Nevermind....I don't expect a response..... I see that you won't respond to those types of questions.:D
My bad.:(

Although, I still don't know how they do that card trick?
Is is done with wires and harnesses, or is it just a conspiracy, and that card trick really doesn't exist?
Was it on the grassy knoll?.......okay.......enough Mikey.:D

Well, at least you "lol"d it?:D

Zech 4:6-7
Then he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts.
‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!"

my husband and our son are drummers.
sorry you can't play now. :(

when my son was 19, an AVM in his brain ruptured, and he was paralyzed on the left side.
docs said, good thing it happened now and not when he's 30...he regained most
of the movement and can drum again. (thank you, Lord!!)

my buddy Sue played in the drum corps when she was young...
she still plays Sousa like a master. :)

looking for a praise song with good drums..........

Crossnote can DJ the place then. Hey Mr DJ, put a record on. :D
At your permission we'll start off with a 78rpm :)

I played snare in a bagpipe band here in Pittsburgh for 6yrs. We did everything from parades to concerts to competition. In the region we competed in we became "the band to beat". We won quite a few competitions as a band, best pipe section, best drum corps and best dressed. It was quite fun just playing for people no matter the situation. I think that's one reason we won so much...we just had fun. One thing even neater was the average age of the band was 15 (tho there were a few of us older folks lol).

One interesting thing is Scottish snare playing is quite different than other styles of drumming. It's in the hands not wrist movement. Left hand using the thumb mainly right hand using the fingers. Which is why I pretty much had to bow out as my hands got worse.

Ok sorry I babbled enough lol
