hehehe...the kid just texted me that "slippers may not be worn after 10 pm" is a law here.

right?

i think it's one of those unenforced laws, like adultery.
which is still on the books here.

Yeah, I assumed.
There are so many goofy laws here though.
I don't see them calling in backup and surrounding the man that broke the old
"Jaywalking with a Subway sandwich, at 2 am on Groundhog Day" law in Buxington Delaware?
:D

That was awesome.

It's never fun when they get you for a law that you didn't even know existed.

When they tried to arrest me in Buxington, I had my hands up with the Subway sandwich, and I yelled back at them...
"Do you mind if I eat this first...the meatballs in this sub taste weird when they get cold!?!?!?"

The cop didn't like my attitude.
He yelled back.."That's why they invented microwaves smart guy!!!"

*If anyone is lost, please see my previous post.
:D

cops have no sense of humor.

if you want to avoid being arrested, become an old woman.
we get away with all kinds of stuff. :)

Idk about cops, but nobody expects the Spanish Inquision. Cops just dont have that "diverse element of surprise" :)

My ex used to love Monty Python.....maybe being a Blond I didn't get it....or was it just a different type of humor?

JL, i wouldn't worry about Monty Python...
you and tourist have the humor market fairly well cornered. :)

I dont like majority of their sketches either, to be honest. But those that I do like I really do like, if that sentence made any sense.
It is a very specific kind of humor, and most of it is not universally funny.

wow, Jacob, that really bring home just how brave those nautical men
of long ago were to sail to the new world! :)
