Well, it's a common thing here in the US.. But, if you can't find it, get regular apple sauce, buy some cinnamon and mix it in yourself... Just don't put TOO much, because you don't want it to to too strong, because that will ruin the taste.

Ummmm. That picture is really distorted on this computer, so I can't quite tell if that is right or not... It's basically pureed apples though.

Yeah. A lot of people don't think it sounds that good, but when you actually try it, it's amazing. I won't eat baked pork chops any other way... Of course, on the other hand, if I grill them instead, I don't like the apple sauce with them, and I would rather have ranch dressing instead.
 
I tried to explain it.. It's like a bread crumb coating that you cover the pork chops with before you bake them.

going with three guys from my class (there are only guys in my class apart from me :p), dunno what we'll do there though
