Man's science says that disease throughout the ages has been spread by something obvious and preventable like poor hygene.
But we know that in Exodus God made locusts just to destroy all the green of egypt and them let them die in the red sea, and there were no locusts like them ever again.

Science knows there are tics not visible to the naked eye, which are still able to transmit disease through biting people. Who knows if God doesn't create such things to this day for the purpose and time of executing His judgments?

Totally agree with you. As someone who God chose to show His Kingdom via a couple of Miracles i have no doubt about God executing His will but what bothers me is the length of the operation.
He can choose to come now and end all the worldwide daily suffering. So this is something that bothers me and i wrestle with God daily.

Think of all the souls God will create and save as He tarries. And one day, in glory, you will see the wisdom of God in this and worship Him for it.

God has dispensed wisdom here and now to all of us differently Cameron.
While I appreciate diversity, it’s the suffering that bothers me.
And just like Jesus cried and showed human emotions I am also allowed to show human emotions too.
So ultimately this is not a wisdom angle but an empathy angle.

Can you imagine kings and queens from the middle-ages having their hands on guns and nuclear missiles? But we have them in a time where the world is also obsessed with 'democracy' and human rights.

To be sure there is much our finite minds cannot understand as God understands. But God often gives us insight into His wisdom, as your examples testify. I do believe in glory we will be given greater insight into the wisdom of God, and we will see how perfectly God has done all that He has done.

That being said, @Eli1 makes an excellent point that we should be sensitive to the suffering of others. At the same time, by faith we should trust that the Judge of all the earth shall do right...Genesis 18:25.
