We have two receiving departments, where we receive trucks full of merchandise. Little stuff goes to A-Receiving and big stuff goes to W-Receiving.

I read a long book about servicing computers once (CompTIA A+). I can do a few things, but nothing very complicated.

Maybe each computer system is diffferent, so you have to get a job, and then learn how to use that particular computer system.

Probably, but some stuff is the same, like motherboards, sound cards, the thingies where you attach memory etc
I still don't know who to determine if the motherboard has stopped working, and I wouldn't know how to replace it if it did.
