I frequently wake up an hour or two early and can't get back to sleep.

you can fall asleep one hour later and I can wake up one hour earlier

I forgot to set my alarm a few days ago and had to race to make it to work on time.

exactly, so I've set it to male sure I am up by them

nope, earliest I get up is 6.30

If your alarm doesn't work there are several internet alarm clocks. I used one today & turned my sound up loud...

I've been tired this week. It might be my diet.

Diets in the padded room are always the opposite of what you expect. Always. So a poor diet is quite the surprise to me.

I've started eating a bigger breakfast.

As long as it doesn't try eating you I guess you're safe

The problem is, if you have a bigger breakfast, then you have to subtract calories from another meal.
