In the last chapter we had spoken of how God had created the heavens and the earth. Let me expand on this, God not created heavens and the earth but he gave Satan his authority to rule.
Satan was an Arch Angel in the heavens serving God; God had provided him with all he needed including splendor, and Satan deciding that because of the ability provided by God, that he could go at it alone without the Father. So he asked a host of angels, to join him in his quest to over throw the Kingdom of Heaven.
But little did he know that even though as powerful as he was, his Creator was even more. So hence starts the beginning of a war of spirits that would reign thousands of years even till the day.
The earth was void, it was dark and without form and in the midst of that darkness was Satan and his Angels who serve him. God being the creator wanted to allow those in the dark to redeem themselves and step into the light, so the same splendor that were created in Satan now surrounded him in what used was darkness.
God then decided that in that splendor he would create a being that could show Satan how to enjoy the gift with love and remain committed to God only. This starts the battle of words, and it was in the battle of words, Satan’s craftiness deceived what God had created and because of this creation were thrown into Satan’s dark army.
Scripture tells us that God cursed both man and beast, God could have easily allowed this to continue, but he chose to prove his point to Satan and show him that he could bring about repentance from what he had created. Gods plan of redemption could only come in the form of his creation, (man) through this redemption he could receive each man as he would come to him back into his loving arms.
He knew that in His creation that if He continued to separate His sheep flaws and no flaws that He could find a perfect specimen to instill His perfect likeness once again. As he began to separate the wheat from the tare, He would preserve to Himself through obedience those who would listen and obey.
It was in the obedience that He was able to extract a vessel of creation that was usable for His design. God cannot abide in a body of good and evil it has to be distinct. The vessels of choice have been found, now God sends His messenger (Gabriel) to prepare them. He prepares them one as a messenger, the other a deliverer.
