I prefer freshly picked blueberries, or blackberries, or raspberries or (wild) strawberries

ever tried heating them on the stove, adding a tiny bit of water and some sugar, and then serving with either vanilla cream or ice cream?

Mmmmm that does sound good! I think I've hit my ice cream quota for today, though.
 
I'll have to save that til this summer when I can go out and pick my own berries. Whatever kind thy may be!!

Strawberries and blueberries are good. Raspberries are good if there’s enough sugar. Perhaps blackberries would be good if they had enough sugar.
