I'm a bit of a Midwestern eater, so I probably will never be anywhere near caviar..
 
I'm a Texas girll. I eat real food, none of this caviar frou frou stuff.
 
LOL, nicely put. I'm a steak, potatoes, corn, green beans kinda boy... I don't eat Thai, Chinese, or Mexican food. I inherited my grandfathers taste buds, it is often said of me, that I would do well in the UK, as the food is very bland... a tempting thought..

You are from Missouri, east of Kansas City? I have a friend who is a pastor in Warrensburg. Before that he was a pastor in Concordia.

I grew up in Iowa and am a bit of a meat and potatoes person, myself.

I live about 1 mile north of U highway and about a mile west of highway 13, so I know the area you are talking about.. We get our groceries in Warrensburg. Go to school in a town north of Warrensburg..
 
I've grown up in Texas my whole llife. Some of my freinds even call me a "HICK" and tease me about how I don't ride a horse to school. :p But all i've ever eaten is barbeque and other meats and starches. Never had a different culture's or place's food. :o But I guess that's just who I am :D and I'm proud of me b/c that is how *GOD* made me!! But back to in the *room*.... I snag a comfy recliner and relax while eating a piece of cherry crumble with warm vanilla icecream on top waiting for the return of the Lord. May even pray in the prayer room and take a nice cozy nap by the fire.How's that?;)

But the best is a steak - french fries - bearnaise dish. Oh yummy (its 8:30 am and I'm hungry... today's gonna be tough)
