I must have been absent the day we learned the Metric system in school, cus I still do't get it.

divide one meter into 100 and you have centimeters
centi even means hundred
 
The metric system make 100 % sence.
What the USA uses is feeth, does that mean one length of an adult foot ?

The metric system doesn't have an equivalent for feet and inches. A foot is 12 inches, and an inch is 2.54 centimeters.
 
huh,one foot is about 30 cm....

one inch, if I remember right, is the same as one "thumb" in Norway, but we never really use it apart from on TVs
