In America, "Indian" more often than not refers to "Native Americans," since in the beginning, they thought America was India.

But I assume you're talking about an Indian from India.

here the native americans are indianere and the ones from India are indere.
 
I don't know as far as much as I should. Denmark and Sweden liked to fight over us though, so we must be really special :p
 
I am from English-Scottish-German descent, apparently. How did Norway get along with those three countries in the old days?
 
Not very well with the germans, they occupied us, Our King and Queen fled to England.. I never heard anything about the Scottish.
