Paul, an Israelite of the tribe of Benjamin talks about the remnant of Israel in that present time. The only Israelites that was blinded to the gospel was those that was not of the elect. Paul was one of the elect whose eyes were opened on the road to Damascus. Only the elect of the Israelites received the gospel, the others were blinded to it.,and there were many doing Jesus time and Paul's ,because he knew who they were.Here is the first Israelites whose eyes was opened to receive the gospel.., .all the disciples were Israelites of the elect who followed Jesus.. One was Nathaniel ,who came to Jesus, and Jesus saw him and said. Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile. This was the collection of the first disciples of Jesus. Andrew and Peter had been disciples of John the baptist until they met Jesus.
