yea, it happens to me all the time, because I am trying to stay on top of 10 different threads, that 3 people are all doing the same, it gets quite time consuming. You should remove the 30 second rule for people like me who simply don't want to wait around for the next 14 seconds to go by. lol
 
Maybe y'all can get the 30 second thing taken off but not me so y'all can try to catch up.
