  • “with all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, *forbearing one another in love*,” (Ephesians 4.2).

  • “*forbearing one another and forgiving yourselves*, if anyone has a complaint against any. As Christ forgave you, so also you do.” (Colossians 3.13).

The seventh foundation is “forbearing one another”, which, in Portuguese is “support one another”. We should be foundation in the life each other. That is to say, we should help the other person to keep up when one of the breaches is falling apart. To be more precise, we need to stay on the breach until Jesus to do everything that is necessary through us in order to close it.

  • “And I sought for a man among them who should wall up a wall for the land, and *stand in the break before me*, that I should not destroy it. But I did not find one.” (Ezekiel 22.30).

This imply to give in to all that the other person need to belong to Jesus (see Philippians 2.4; 1Corinthians 10.33), and give up our own interests. Once we are living stones (1Peter 2.5-8), our place is under the person (and not over them to squash them).

So, try to find the right gap in the live of the person that Jesus put in your live (that hole in which you match perfectly) and have a glorious day experiencing the power of Jesus flowing out of you and healing your blessing (to wit, this person that, today, seems useless in your life – Philemon 1.11; 1Peter 3.8,9).
