The signs of the follower of the Lord Jesus Christ (Mark 16:17-18)

And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues; 18. they shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall in no wise hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So why today, we do not see this signs in among of the believers, like the gift of healing?

Because we live in that period which has predicted to come, the time when believers hold a form of godliness, but they deny the power of God, and that's why today's commune's of believer's do not have gifts of God.

1. But know this, that in the last days grievous times shall come. 2. For men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, railers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3. without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, 4. traitors, headstrong, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; 5. holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power therefore. From these also turn away. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)

So here is our problem today, but are there anyone to see it?

And I know that some may now claim that they do have this kind of signs like the healing gift, but is a lie, and we can all understand that today, so called healing gifts, and other gift are very different that in day's of our dear brother apostle's.

Today the signs of the true follower of the Lord Jesus are missing.

I have my own gifts from God and my first gift is to share lessons.

The Spirit share the gift according to to his will, and in the big church there should be plenty of all kind of gifts, but like we all can see, this do not happen today.

And my testimony?

Don't I speak truth when I say, what I say today?

There is always some thing what you people's do not like, when it is about telling of the truth. Always.

The word's of the truth do not pleas you, and that is the main reason for the situation what we have now.

If you love the God you keep his command's and also you should not try to teach me, or try to strike against truthful words, which know that theya are truth.

I am a one of the very few of today, which spread the words of truth, instead the false doctrines, and almost all I get from you, is complaining, and lies which are attack, for me, and why because I speak the truth.

And what are you know about my love, and how much I suffer for people's like you? and because I stand for the truth, and salvation of our souls.

From these also turn away. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)

So here is our problem today, but are there anyone to see it?

And I know that some may now claim that they do have this kind of signs like the healing gift, but is a lie, and we can all understand that today, so called healing gifts, and other gift are very different that in day's of our dear brother apostle's.

Today the signs of the true follower of the Lord Jesus are missing.

Now some have said that part of Mark was added later and is not in the earlier manuscripts, if this verse would be used for proofs. You may or may not be aware of this, I added it in in the end anyway because I dont see how it hurts anything and seems confirm other things (in other ways) to me.

Jesus Christ and the children the LORD hath given him

were for signs and wonders in Israel

Isaiah 8:18 Behold,
I and the children whom the LORD hath given me
are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts,
which dwelleth in mount Zion.

That was speaking of Jesus, and those whom the LORD hath given him

John 6:65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you,

Children by Christ (unto the Father)

Ephes 1:5 Having predestinated us
unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself,

which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. (Acts 2:22)

Acts 19:11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:

Acts 19:12 So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

Aagain (both verses now)

John 10:37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

John 10:38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

Christ was set for a sign tho be spoken against

Luke 2:34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;

And he was spoken again, in those who preached Him.

Acts 28:22 But we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest: for as concerning this sect, we know that every where it is spoken against. (Acts 13:45, 1 Peter 4:14) Jesus Christ being "the way" called heresyin Acts 24:14

and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,

and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.

Not sure if these could help this discussion but that is what I have running in this particular direction, its finished though, I need to add in some more. John the baptist believed and spoke truth but did no miracle (John 10:1) Paul asks, " do all work miracles? 1 Cr 12:29 although Paul workd the same (Acts 15:12)

No not all work miracle, but in the big churches like we have today, there should be, plenty of those who do works miracle, but like we can all see, there is no real signs of that.

It is a true sign of the disciple of the Kingdom of heaven, what we do not see today, and this thing should bother us all, but it not, instead christian's live like everything is just find, avoiding the true questions about today's christianity.

The signs mentioned may be missing to many because they are not walking in the Spirit, nor have they experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit who imparts these marvelous abilities, nor do they associate with those believers who walk in these ways.

We all know that those early churches do have people's who do mighty works, even though they was a very small churches, otherwise than today.

Today we have huge's churches, but no miracle works, and it should be a alarming sound for us all, but it not, because the basic nature of man of the last day's.
