Not anymore. I don't want to pay for a movie only to be horrified or have a potential heart attack. If you read or study about demonism and the spirit world, you will find that even paintings and empty or hollow objects can be portals or living space of evil spirits. That is why in the case of yoga where there is an emptying of the mind, you invite evil spirits to fill the emptiness. Idle minds are the devils workshop.
But, Luigi's mansion...😰

Having something to listen to helps me sleep... I used to get up and take a lavender-scented bath if I could not get back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night. Now I wake up so often during the night that that is not feasible, though these days I usually sleep again fairly quickly :) Wishing you a safe, warm and happy Christmas, Joseph!

A good pillow
You can get lavender scented ones.

Also, yawning helps get you in the mood.

unfortunately I fall asleep at other times too, like in movies and at boring powerpoint presentations, and at staff meetings, so try those if the going to bed thing isnt working
