Reality show based on the original Korean show
I'm still not entirely sure if it's an actual reality show or if they are all actors but I want to see who wins

"Reality show" means actors, even if they act like they are not acting. There ain't no such thing as a real reality show.

" reality based shows" is the more proper name.

many people on those shows have said that while they are not scripted, the people on the show are " encouraged" to say and do certain things ..

Some years ago one of my coworkers and his wife went on the Jerry Springer show with a made-up story
He told me the producers encourage them to go out there and act all extra because that's what the viewers want to see. So it's probably similar to that

I thought it was pretty cool how they built in exact replica of the set though.
