OK. Show where I have instructed falsely or instructed anyone not to obey God.Do you think that the following verses express a correct view of obeying the Law of Moses?
Psalm 19:7-11
The law of the Lord is perfect,
reviving the soul;
the testimony of the Lord is sure,
making wise the simple;
8 the precepts of the Lord are right,
rejoicing the heart;
the commandment of the Lord is pure,
enlightening the eyes;
9 the fear of the Lord is clean,
enduring forever;
the rules[b] of the Lord are true,
and righteous altogether.
10 More to be desired are they than gold,
even much fine gold;
sweeter also than honey
and drippings of the honeycomb.
11 Moreover, by them is your servant warned;
in keeping them there is great reward.
The view the Law of Moses is a heavy burden that no one can bear is incompatible with the view that those verses express a correct view of obeying it. Moreover, if you interpret the Apostles as expressing views that are incompatible with the truth of what they considered to be Scripture, then that should indicate to you that you have misunderstood them.
A prophet is someone who speaks for God, not necessarily someone who predicts the future. In Deuteronomy 13, the way that it instructs to determine that someone is a false prophet is if they speak against obeying what God has spoken, so it is not the case that a false prophet must have a false prophecy.
Also, I believe obeying commandments through human endeavor only keeps the letter of the law. While I would never tell anyone not to make a practice of the law, outward obedience void of inward reality is not acceptable to God. See Isaiah 1.
