It was wonderful reading a C.H. Spurgeon mini-sermon on the Throne of Grace.
To understand that this throne is the Mercyseat of Christ.
It is not a throne where the King receives gifts and sacrifices but it is a throne where we partition God for our needs and all our needs are met.
God will never break his covenant with the Blood of Christ.
When we believe and come to God with our needs through the blood of Christ, God is merciful and provides everything we need.
I for one don't always see what God is doing for me, but I believe he is.
It is an honor to humble myself before the Throne of Grace and ask God to provide my needs.
It is wonderful to know that God cares that much about us.
 
Amen...the writer of Hebrews says to come "boldly" to the throne of grace. We can come boldly because of the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

To come boldly to the throne of grace we need to be cemented in the finished work of Christ as our representative and High Priest and that we are His children for eternity!

Yes, this is Good News!
I believe too many Christians don't realize the power we have, being able to come to a personal God and receive our needs in life.
 
Hebrews 10:17-20 (KJV)
[SUP]17 [/SUP] And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
