Usually we look on the spiritual growth as being in the vertical direction. But is this true?
It is curious how everyone who longs for approach Jesus mulls over of approaching Him in the highest places. Nevertheless, do you recall what did it took place when someone planned on doing this?
If we don’t wish to have the same kismet that Ha-Satan, let’s try to find Jesus in His temple, to wit, each person that believe in Him (1Corinthians 3.16; 6.19; 2Corinthians 6.16):
Therefore, instead of trying to grow in order to overpower people (upward), let’s grow forward (toward people) so that the abyss that set us apart from them can be passed over. If we do this, we will inherit Creator’s wisdom:
And with His wisdom, we will be able to parry any attack of the enemy of our souls and will have a good day.
- And He said to them, You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For *that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.*” (Luke 16.15).

- “He lays up sound wisdom for the righteous; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly.” (Proverbs 2.7).
And with His wisdom, we will be able to parry any attack of the enemy of our souls and will have a good day.
