who s scared to find out the truth, even if it means goign against wht you thought was the truth in the first place?? I know I was, still sort of am. I read something about Muhamad actually being mentioned in the Bible as a prophet....what is the big picture? does anyone care to do some studying with me?

He claimed he was a prophet of a God he calls "Allah"

Allah in reality was an Idol of the Pagan Moon God.
 
1 John 4:1-3

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

This is a tad harsh. Islam, at its core, is much like Christianity. The biggest divider is that Christians believe that Jesus is the messiah and we must accept him, whereas Muslims believe he was merely a prophet and that Muhammad was also a prophet.

Allah is quite obviously meant to be the God of Abraham. In fact, Islam is quite harsh against all pre-Islamic pagan beliefs. Muslims believe that Jews, Christians and Muslims are all equally loved by Allah, but that polytheists are abominable.

The messiahship and deity of Christ is at Christianity's core. So it can't be that they are similar, at their core, if Islam rejects the core of Christianity. They have many other significant differences regarding the nature of sin, which relates back to their view of God and the nature of his holiness.

From what I can see, it looks like Muslims believe Christians are going to hell:

Surah 5:72-73: "They do blaspheme who say: '(Allah) is Christ the son of Mary.' But said Christ: 'O Children of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.' Whoever joins other gods with Allah—Allah will forbid him the garden, and the Fire will be his abode. There will for the wrong-doers be no one to help. They do blaspheme who say: Allah is one of three in a Trinity: for there is no god except One Allah. If they desist not from their word (of blasphemy), verily a grievous penalty will befall the blasphemers among them."​

So it looks like, according to Islam, Christians are in for a grievous penalty unless we renounce Christianity.

The pharisees also thought they worshiped the God of Abraham... but Jesus had some bad news for them.
 
the Bible is truth thats all im saying, youtube of course is not....spliiting hairs!
 
I agree Muhammad was a profit, however i believe in Christ, and his through Christ we are all saved!
 
the "evidence" provided is sketchy at best.

"it's his name without vowels"...something doesn't fit well with me there.
