4. For there are certain men crept in privily, even they who were of old written of beforehand unto this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ. (Jude 1:4)

16. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their lusts (and their mouth speaketh great swelling words), showing respect of persons for the sake of advantage. (Jude 1:16)

And when we see today, when the christians buy them self luxury car's and houses, and things like that, according to they own lust, and giving thanksgiving to God for that, for to make this all look good and righteous in a eye's of a man, then what is that if it is not the grace of God, which have turn to lasciviousness?

Do not deceive your selves with the false christianity doctrine's of today, because like it is written that many who call "Lord, Lord"will receive the answer, "I have newer know you"

If we love this world and mammon, then there is no room in us for the love of God, and knowledge of his will.

And if there is no room for the knowledge of his will the how a man can ever fill it?

Oh yeah. Pride and self-centeredness can creep into all our lives... no matter what kind of beliefs we hold. We are warned, constantly about this in the Bible.

Me and this guy was talking about church activities and he was telling me about his street ministry and how GOD was blessing him then he told me found a wallet with $100.00 in it.I told him that guy must have been happy to get his wallet back(I didn't even speak about the money)the guy told me that he took the $100.00 and threw the wallet back on the ground.

Well, we all are where we are. Hopefully, you made him think.

I recognized the fruit but he sounded to me that he really thought finding a wallet with that money was a blessing because I told him that if that guy had of known that he had dropped his wallet he would have picked it back up but the street minister just didn't look at it that way.

I was thinking he might have been really bad before he got saved and he wasn't renewing his mind or he never really got saved.

You have a good point. How many of us spend our money on foolishness without relieving the suffering of the world and brothers and sisters in Christ?

One can't really tell who is doing this, though, as a person could be wealthy and have extra things that he uses to further the cause of the Kingdom. He could also be giving generously to such causes without anyone knowing it...that's the way it's supposed to be done right?

My favorite musician for a long time was Rich Mullins. After he died, one of his friends revealed that he only paid himself the average salary of an American worker, and the rest went to charity. That impressed me a lot. He was successful and I am sure that his excess funds were significant.

These are things only God can judge :)

Doesn't the word lasciviousness (aselgeia) refer to sensuality in this verse of Jude 1? e.g. the enjoyment, expression, or pursuit of physical, especially sexual, pleasure.

Jude 1:4-8
4For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. 5I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. 6And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. 7Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
8Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

As to the rest of your op.......

James 5:1-6
1Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. 2Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. 3Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. 4Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. 5Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter. 6Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.

Luke 6:20
And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.

Luke 6:24

But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.

I suggest you study a little deeper...Jude gives three examples of false teachers who have done this and none of them are tied to material wealth...as a matter of fact.....Solomon said it is of the Lord's hand to enjoy the fruits of one's labor!

So do you say that is the will of God that we buy our selves all material luxury, or that we should buy that if we just have chance to buy it?

I think that you do not represent now sound doctrine, but lust of your flesh.

I believe that it generally mean immorality, and impure way to understand grace.
