The two callings: what will you choice? (Part 5)

First calling: the Wisdom:

• “Wisdom has built her house. She has carved out her seven pillars. She has sent out her servant girls. She calls from the highest places in the city, " *Whoever is gullible turn in here!" She says to a person without sense,* "Come, eat my bread, and drink the wine I have mixed.” (Pro 9:1,3,4,5).

Second calling: the foolish woman:

• “She sits at the doorway of her house. She is enthroned on the high ground of the city and calls to those who pass by, those minding their own business, " *Whoever is gullible turn in here!" She says to a person without sense,* "Stolen waters are sweet, and food eaten in secret is tasty." ” (Pro 9:14-17).

Observe that the calling of both of them are directed to the same public:

• The gullible: people that doesn’t have a solid base of ken;
• The without sense: people that, although they have knowledge, they doesn’t have discernment to know how to put it in practice correctly (see Eph 5:16,17).

With regard to the gullible, the calling is exactly the same. Nevertheless, in regard to the people without sense, the call is the opposite:

• The Wisdom call them to eat of what she own produced and prepared. Her aim is to nurture people with what they really need.
• The foolish woman, in virtue of her poorness, impudence and folly, has nothing to offer of herself.

• “You say, 'I'm rich. I'm wealthy. I don't need anything.' Yet, you do not realize that you are miserable, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked” (Rev 3:17).

Her entice is at the expense of people around her, but chiefly, based on superstition and idolatry. That is to say, through some kind of witchcraft, she leads people to see the desires of their heart satisfied in her to the point of becoming dependent on her (completely attached to her).

At no moment she cares for the good health of those who go to her. Her intent is to take and give pleasure, regardless of whether, in the end, both go to hell (Prov 3:18):

• “(She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house:” (Pro 7:11);
• “Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.” (Pro 5:5).

So, have a good day, always keeping in mind that the difference between the foolish woman (and of Ha-Satan too) and the Wisdom is very subtle:

• “People who brag like this are false apostles. They are dishonest workers, since they disguise themselves as Christ's apostles. And no wonder, even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it's not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants who have God's approval. In the end they will get what they deserve.” (2Co 11:13-15).
