How is having an equitable society stealing?
In order to have equitable outcome, since everyone is not equal out of the gate, the states has to take money from some and give it to others.

This is stealing.

So fair taxation of the rich and corporations is stealing?

Implementation of a medical system for all is stealing?

Pretty much once they have been shown the lies of socialism
When have I advocated for socialism the political ideology?

And being the left of the right does not necessarily mean political socialism - that to me is black/white thinking. There may be left thinkers that are totally socialist bit you righties what to put all left leaning in the one basket.

Equity of outcome is a basic tenet of a socialist economy

Taxation (under force of law) for the purpose of the redistribution of earnings of one person, to provide an income to another who could work, in order to achieve some man made level of equity, is stealing, because equity is a myth, only attainable through the demise of individual freedom and liberty

By redistributing wealth (de-incentivizing people to work) and exerting control on the market with high taxes and regulations one ends up hampering the ability of the system to create wealth and jobs for people

Well when it comes to the "redistribution of wealth" it is the position of a socialist...so since you follow this dogma I would say you are in that camp

Right/left is not an American paradigm it comes from France, so really no point to even use those terms since they have very limited application in our present day mess

We should by now be able to establish a system that ensures stability. Neither full blown socialism nor full blown capitalism can ensure that.

Both socialism and capitalism somewhat lacks checks and balances, and are too dependent on the people involved.

I want a system that somehow can redistribute wealth, not by using handouts, but by giving people an opportunity to work hard. Jobless people can destabilize a community.

I want a system that is putting God and the Holy Bible first, a system that ensures our freedom, a system that chooses life over death, a system that encourages the middle class to stand by God.

I don’t want a system of nepotism and corruption that is favoring a few insanely rich people and their families. I want traditional American values to prevail.

I don't understand how any one can support Trump especially Christians - none of the GOP wanted him, but they had to fall in line as they feared the dopes that voted him in.
So you think a Christian would be able to support Hillary?

Do you vote based on policy/platform or on character.

Hillary was a fail on both counts

While I understand your sentiment, by the very nature of our human nature this is not possible. The only system that preserves human liberty and freedom is a market economy and limited government. The poor and disadvantaged can be helped in many other ways not through the hands of government.

Power corrupts and that is why socialism and a capitalism (which derives from the Latin word "head" "capa" meaning innovation) will survive for a while but the pull of socialism will cause the system to fail overtime.....exactly where the U.S was headed.

Well here you are demonstrating how you are programmed to think.

Welfare keeps people down and oppresses them that why the welfare state is a problem. Rather than caring about these people and trying to tell them the truth of what the government has done to them you help to perpetuate the false narrative.

Sad really:(

If Trumps fails at his reforms you will be getting exactly what you support, we shall see then when your freedoms are stripped how well that goes over.

Well, I’m certainly not going to defend Democratic congresswomen accumulating wealth😁.

However, there’s reason to believe that the sitting president is leaning towards an economic philosophy the late Federic Bastiat would be applauding. I don’t agree with him. Macroeconomic theory along the lines of Mr Bastiat viewpoints do not take into consideration the part of society that isn’t able to take advantage of a totally free market.

I take it you’re a wealthy and well adjusted person based on what you’re posting. It appears that you are thriving in an environment based on the ideas of Mr Bastiat. Not everybody is that lucky. To most people in, say, in the state of Alabama, wealth is like the full moon, you can see it every day, but you can never touch it.

Why don’t you try living in the wrong part of Montgomery for a year, and have a look at what society is like there?
Its a sad truth, and I semi quote it with empathy; Jesus said the poor will always be with us.
I say this with sensitivity too, even most of the poor in America live better then most of the rest of the world.

Socialism is coming here, some form of it. No doubt. Anyone who doubts that, I would love to hear why they think not.

Silly comment UG - I live in the West not the Soviet Union, even there the supposed programming did not work.

The top one percent is made of of both lefties and righties, so really your statement makes little sense.

I'm taking about an equitable society not communism - greedy capitalists don't care about equity, just their own.

Heard said recently "Socialism is just communism with the gloves off". Churchill had it right "There are only two places where socialism work. In heaven where it's not needed and in hell where they already have it." In fact he had it right more than once...

I guess that depends on who you think has the most power and influence, is Soros more powerful than Trump?

The socialists definitely have the media in their pocket, that is a huge plus for the socialist/globalist agenda

Is Trump a globalist and closet socialist?

Some say he is, yet he is so hated, it is hard to believe he is would take such venom if he was aiding and abetting the socialist/globalist agenda:unsure:

Most of them show their true colours right out of the gate, so I do not think we can definitely say it is coming yet.

Socialism is not "coming" to the US, the greedy capitalists won't allow it (they'll use a socialist/communist system such as China to enrich themselves) - they don't care what "ism" is in power so long as they have control of the economy.

The problem with the right wing minion supporters of the GCs is they think that they benefit when Gc's rule, which they do in the US - big money has fully taken over democracy down there - it should be called a Capitalocracy.

The only choice you have is between the Dems that somewhat have a heart for the working class and the poor or the GOP that don't.
