The mistake I made was responding to a fake news OP that has no source link. That is a red flag I ignored. Because that is the first sign of a "news" piece not to be trusted.

You say you didn't know it was fake news in the beginning?

Where did you get that news excerpt from? What was the source? Please link that here.

Now,you defend posting fake news by claiming your OP is instructive to realize how deceptive news is becoming?

I shared a link, the link tells you the source. Like any good lie it was based on truth. There have been lawsuits and there is evidence that the contracts for Whoopi and Joy will not be renewed.

It was deceptive because it led one to believe the show was cancelled, and what may actually be true is the show is no longer going to be renewed. But we don't know anything for certain. This is part of the deception, you muddy the water so no one knows what is and is not true.

A lot of written articles, and videos now, are garbage made with AI.
A lot of the time you can tell, if you look for certain kinds of patterns.

It's literally a silly topic.
The View is pure idiocy, lots of false reports were done as clickbait, and it's easy enough to simply google things and look them up.

I believe it's a conspiracy theory that WILL come true. I think Americans are sick and tired of the left.......For now.

The left will win in the end, that is why The Lord Jesus Christ must come back. But there are enough regular people left to stave it off for a while. Regular people point people to the Lord. Once the left takes over.......Jesus comes back.

You unknowingly, and with good intentions, posted an article with a fake clickbait headline, that was circulating all over the internet.
I pointed out it was a fake clickbait headline... and when I did so, maybe I wasn't polite about it.
If I was harsh or impolite, please accept my apology.
Sometimes I'm in a rush, and I'm more abrasive than I need to be.
That's a real fault on my part.

I'm sure you had only the best intentions, and you were only doing your part to share current news with the forum.
That's a good thing.
It is VERY EASY for ANY OF US to get sideswiped now and then by one of the MILLIONS of clickbait headlines that get generated ad nauseam.
I'm sure we have ALL done that.
It's not a big deal.

I was just pointing out it wasn't a reliable article (as I found by carefully reading the article, then googling and comparing articles from better known sources.)
I wasn't trying to insult you.
If I did, I'm genuinely sorry.



I'm not too concerned about The View, it's not worth very much of our time.
But I am concerned if I'm getting into a dispute with a fellow Christian about something minor, when we probably agree about almost everything.

The annoying thing about it to me isn't even what Goldberg said; to me it's that they're making the Iran discussion about hijabs and homos instead of nuclear weapons.
