A new report in the Journal of the American Medical Association finds more good news for unvaccinated people who have already had and recovered from Covid. Anti-spike protein antibodies following Covid infection and recovery seem to persist indefinitely in unvaccinated people, researchers found. People tested 20 months after coronavirus infection had slightly higher levels of antibodies on average than those just after infection.

My in-laws all have Covid for the second time...some their third.
Yeah...that hasn't worked either.
Some did get the antibodies...some didn't. It depends on the doctor as to whether they get them or not. That seems to be the deciding factor...not much else.

There is no epidemiologist saying anything like that. In fact they are saying the exact opposite. This is the lull before the storm. We have several waves yet to go. The variants they are expecting are going to be really nasty.
What happens when the next variant causes open sores to break out?
We have learned how to protect against viral infections.
Vitamin D is directly correlated with how bad serious the infection will be. make sure you are not deficient.
Vitamin C and Zinc are also very effective, but what makes them most effective is if you have quercetin. All four of these can be bought at GNC, the Vitamin Shop, Walmart, etc.
For the record, I don’t put any stock in what Fauci says either.

Currently in the SE we are having a run of Strep infections. And so some people are getting both at the same time. (Isn't that lovely?)
I got strep but didn't have any symptoms except for a UTI...which was really odd because I'm a guy. Generally speaking guys don't get those. But a bottle of penicillin later and I'm fine. (One of my nieces gave it to me obviously)
Normal viral infections will mutate towards the less and less deadly strains. All scientists know this, they teach this as central to the theory of evolution.
However, Fauci and the WHO are predicting something quite different, do not underestimate your enemy. I suspect they know something. For example there is evidence (evidence, not proof) that the vaccine undermines the human immune system. If this is true then it would stand to reason that the new variants will be worse rather than less deadly.

Every single pandemic in human history was disappearing after 2 years. For some reason you seem to get 3 main waves, with the second wave being the worst and about 6 months between waves.
That said the Spanish flu was a flu and we have had variants of the flu every year since with some years being quite bad.
