The worst of the serfdoms:
When we bump into some “hot potato”, our propensity is whimper against the Creator, as though our predicaments were our biggest problem. Nonetheless, what was the demeanor of Israel when they were free?
And what about us? How do we make use of our liberty? The worst type of captivity is the sin, which set us on doing bad. It’s better to be undergone to the serfdom, but have a heart fraught of alacrity to help people, than don’t have anything that preclude us of doing evil.
So, before whining about the situation wherein you are living, be grateful for all that you “are” and “have”, certain that you are living the best of Jesus for you considering your spiritual reality now. Can be sure: if Jesus sort out all your problems, certainly you will entangle in worst problems that can even steal the virtue of Christ in you and, consequently, take away your salvation.

May the true happiness the presence of Jesus in the place where you plan on celebrating the New Year's Eve. May your food and drink the flesh and blood of Christ (John 6.51-57).
