But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. - Psalm 130:4

Almighty God can sovereignly grant forgiveness and He can withhold it. God is a Person to be reverenced and feared.

The forgiveness of God cannot be treated lightly. There is a mighty power at work. The mighty power of God transforms sinners into saints. Saints are people who follow God in obedience. Great power is at work upon those who become heirs of salvation.
 
GOD is a what?

Numbers 23:19​
God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent; Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

God is a Mighty Power. It is propriety to relate carefully with the powerful.
