Opening your warning with an oxymoron suggests to me that I ought to ignore you.

Then you say, "Mary was given to john because all of her children rejected Christ".
And this makes no sense if you believe those here who are trying to claim that Jesus' brothers (from Mary) kept showing up throughout the Gospels.

I can see that ChurchAuthority makes much more sense than the SS gang.
thats too bad. Considered everything mr authority says comes from men, and not the inspired word of God given in his scripture. or a convoluted view of scripture which makes no sense.

If you read scripture. Jesus brothers and sisters in the gospels mockked him. Do you think Jesus is going to depend on them to take care of his mother??

My church takes care of many widows and single mothers who's children want nothing to do with God.

as I said, it happens all the time.

lol.. Duh,, Guess its my turn to where the dunce cap :p
The reason we cant just say BS gang is because they use scripture
to refute anyone who refutes the bs....kinda odd but thats the reality.

lol.. 10% scripture 90 % BS adds to alot of BS in my mind!

Thats why I would rather use 100% scripture. then no one can refute it. (unless they add alot of BS) of which there would be no way they would convince me it would be from god.

which I believe is the way God intended it to be, which is why he spent 2000 years putting scripture together, so he owuld not leave anything out!

You don't seem "mean spirited." You speak the truth. I know from experience because I was raised in the Roman Catholic Church, but I left when I was a young man. I learned the truth in the word of God and never looked back. The Pharisees may have thought Christ was "mean spirited" when he condemned them for invalidating the word of God, but he simply spoke the truth. We are fortunate to now have the inspired written word of God for which the church has a history of torturing and killing people just for reading. The church has never wanted the common people to know the truth of scripture because it wants to control the access to God with its worldly power. We don't need the church. Christ is our mediator, and we are the ecclesia, the body of Christ. We are one in spirit with Christ and the Father. From the beginning it has always been the word of God that gives us knowledge of God. God is spirit, the imperceptible power of action, life, and intelligence. His only begotten son, the word become flesh, gave us the perfect example of how to live our lives. He died for all of us so we could be reconciled with the Father, and he was roused from the dead never to die again so we could all experience the same when our time comes. We are blessed to have the complete history of God dealing with humanity from the beginning written for us in scripture to give us light in this world of darkness. No institution or tradition of man can replace or supersede the word of God. I belong to no church or religious organization, but I study the word of God daily. The word of God inspires me and gives me peace in this troubled world. I joined this site a couple of days ago to communicate with fellow Christians even though I expected to be persecuted for my unorthodox beliefs. I'm not here to recruit anybody to my church, just to share God's love with my brothers and sisters. I've said I don't care about "sola scriptura" because that Latin phrase brings to my mind the Latin manuscripts which I've learned are an adulterated version by the Roman church. What I say is I believe scripture suffices when it is translated concordantly literally from the ancient Hebrew and Greek languages. In other words, the word of God is enough for me. I don't need any other middle man trying to get between me and God. I have a direct connect.

"For the word of God is living and operative, and keen above any two-edged sword, and penetrating up to the parting of soul and spirit, both of the articulations and marrow, and is a judge of the sentiments and thoughts of the heart." (Hebrews 4:12)

"All scripture is inspired by God, and is beneficial for teaching, for exposure, for correction, for discipline in righteousness, that the man of God may be equipped, fitted out for every good act." (2 Timothy 3:16,17)

God bless you.

I would not put it this way, They thought Christ was mean spirited because he rejected their manmade words in man made books not scripture. He rejected their traditions and sacraments. He rejected their good works through tradition and rules and regulations. and he confronted them on their lack of true understanding of Gods written word.

much like he would do with many churches today, who have made the exact same mistake the jews did.

This is such a dark and deceptive misrepresentation of "Mr. Authority's" comments that it only underscores where the source of this sort of deceptive and misleading commentary comes from.

Your so called Mr. Authority speaks from the heart in heartfelt and sincere communion with Scripture as well as Tradition. If you accept one and not the other that is your business. But to denigrate the man so dishonestly (or ignorantly) in such blatant fashion only amplifies the Dark Source that you have already revealed is behind your words.

Wow!!!!! Iam sorry but that is agreat twist of words and is waht I call Cherry picking out of Context. Using verses outof the context of scripture. It is obvious whenone just takes one verse and reads at least 25 verses before and after.
Context is absolutely important. I can pull scripture from here and over there and again from somewhere else and be very convincing
Thanks but no Thanks
Cherry-picking?
Uhhh, no. These are crystal clear type and fulfillments. Some of the are almost verbatim from the OT to the NT:

"Who am I that the Ark of my Lord should come to me?" (2 Sam. 6:9)
“Who am I that the mother of my Lord should come to me?” (Luke 1:43)

The only difference in these quotes is bold and underlined. Hiding your head in the sand won't make this truth magically disappear . . .

so have they answered and pointed you to God through Christ and to worship only God through Christ being the way, the truth and the life. When Paul was bit by a snake and lived the others began to worship him. What did he reply?
Why do you keep LYING?
Why do you keep insisting that we worship Mary?

We simply ASK Mary to pray for us. Everything else you have added to this is a complete and total lie.
