My college had something called "Gay-straight Alliance". I wondered what that was, and I was actually interested in going to speak to them, but had more important things to do in life.
As a spiritual and political person I feel like if we were to reach out it might be possible to pacify some of the more "militant" LGBT people. They do have real concerns like violence being done against them and some face discrimination, and "God Hates Fags" idiots. Others... are treated poorly because they are overtly sexual to the point that not even a straight person could get away with.
Back in the 90's, I remember the message of "Tolerance", and that seemed to work for me- I can tolerate LGBT people if they conduct themselves with a manner of decency... But these days, if you so much as flinch while they describe their sexual exploits you have become the enemy. If you don't validate their lifestyle choices, they want to destroy you.

Obviously not all LGBT people are that, but there are enough that it's becoming a problem. LGBT is winning over US politics and some "churches" because they say they are about "love" and if you disagree you are framed as a "hater". They have 'pastors' telling them that gay marriage is a thing. The devil is masquerading as an angel of light, so "our" kids (I don't have any, but I am concerned about the next generation of Americans in particular, but also Christians in general) need to learn to seek god early so they can discern the truth from the lie, and we (not just parents) adults have to try and do our best to be a good example or at least point them in the right direction if we have failed to be a good example.


This is good, and I might add (although it is not as easy) I feel like Christians in general need to be more entrepreneurial to influence our culture. We need to be producing things and attaching our values to it in a non-threatening way. I feel like if we show people the love of God in our labor, it might just be effective.

Wasn’t it Interstate batteries commercials that used to have a Christian theme to them? Haven’t seen it aired in quite some time though. Course I rarely watch tv anymore

it's to bad when I click the link that it takes me to the site where the top banner talks about the God's love video, but when I hit the play button it takes me to youtube and says it is a private video :(
am I missing something?

Oddly enough we don't often if ever read about girls who claim to be boys insisting on being allowed to play varsity HS football. And gain access to the boys locker rooms and showers.

If your're now a boy, you should be refused access to the girls facilities. You're a male? OK. Deal with what follows.

My idiot cousin has been Facebook praising her son since 7 yrs old about his/her gender identification. Honestly I think it was her encouragement that steered that decision. Yesterday she posted asking if the guys are allowed to wear skirts/kilts to school as the uniform. It’s clearly child abuse. Instead of telling the kid, “Dude, it’s ok if you don’t like girls right now. Go have some fun playing and being a kid.” its, “Wow, I can’t wait to post this and see how many likes we get from social media. I’m so proud of you!” What’s worse is that she was correct. I’m absolutely shocked how much support and adda boy…girl(?)…there is. And that’s why I don’t Facebook.

I think we need to start with straight praising our children. “My daughter has a boyfriend. Im so proud of her decision to celebrate her heterosexuality, and fully accept the gender congruent with her biology. Way to go, GIRL!”

And this is why we only watch Bluey and not Blue's Clues at our house. For those that don't know what Bluey is it's basically a family of a certain type of dog. There isn't a homosexual couple anywhere in their town and the Chili, the mom and Bandit, the dad doesn't discourage their kids to be whatever they want to be when they grow up. The sisters, Bluey, 6 and Bingo, 4 get along really well and they play games and use their imaginations and other characters in the show also play well with the two sisters. Although Bluey's friend Judo and their cousin Muffin could use a timeout every now and then. If you want to know more about the show which is based out of Australia all you have to do is Google it and find out more.

I was just simply playing some worship music tonight at random and a “Gay test” ad pops up on YouTube. Never had this happen till I began compiling a Christian soundtrack. How many well intended but naive kids get tricked and suckered into believing lies by this stuff?
 
Our children are like a fresh plain piece of paper which if someone writes anything in it,it’s unlikely that it can easily be undone,I have been to different Christians homes but it’s saddening that the best they do for their children is taking them to the best schools,feed them well,take them out,get them things they want like phones,computers etc not realizing that what determines someone’s course of life is in the spirit,if your children’s spirits are corrupted,that’s it!!!Doing all the above for your children is really great but as a Christian your role as a parent stops not there!How often do you share the word of God with them?? You call that Interrupting their peace!!!!!
 
When my local community is openly celebrating this what is the Christian man to do? Literally 12 city blocks from my home. Am I to Ignore the lies being spread in our community like a cancer and simply ignore and move on? Any wisdom? Churches around it are absolutely silent on this happening in our community.

The thing we want to do is always the wrong thing. Because we have this tendeny towards evil. People will want to just sit and not really resist this gay tsunami. I think we will probably have to answer for that someday. I say force yourself to put up some form of resistance. Something. You might not be able to burn them at the stake. But when they're getting obnoxious I think we should at least say something back.

One day, my daughter was at the local beach approach, when two sluts walked up. She told them they look disgusting, and that their appearance wasn't appropriate. Of course they cussed her out. Then my girl told them they need to read the Bible and do some squats. LOL. So proud of her. Shame the fat whores. Shame the trannies. Shame the sodomites. Her words that day inspired a bunch of other decent people to join in and start resisting the commie hordes.
