Because the people have gone away from God they were given over to vile affections and all sorts of wickedness to corrupt themselves. And because they were in rebellion to God, which is the same as the Spirit of witchcraft, there is no shame in what they will do in public. You know that all who practice such things have their part in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone. Even you ministers who claim holiness partake in this same craft.

I am ashamed at the parent, who sear their conscience every day, allowing their children to partake in these sorts of things. The Lord is not blind that he cannot see!! You are spoiling your children, you are teaching them to rebel against the Lord Jesus Christ. How will your children escape the judgment.

CHILDREN, BE SEPARATE FROM THE DEEDS OF YOUR PARENTS. IF YOUR PARENTS ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG, DON'T DO LIKE THEM. GOD WILL JUDGE YOU SEPARATE FROM THEM. IF THEY WANT TO BE DISOBEDIENT THEN THEY WILL BE JUDGED BY IT, AND IF YOU FOLLOW THEM IN DISOBEDIENCE YOU WILL BE JUDGED BY IT ALSO.

But if a son will turn from the sin of his father then he will be considered righteous, who should also walk in righteousness. And if a righteous person turn from righteousness to serve that old dead sin again, NONE OF HIS DEEDS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL MATTER, NOT ONE!!

REPENT OH NATIONS!!! REPENT!! FOR THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND!! PREPARE THE WAY OF THE LORD!!! MAKE HIS PATHS STRAIGHT!
 
I too am against harry potter, and all the vampire, werewolves... It is a demonic time we are in for sure! The devil is desensitizing our young people so that when the devil releases his evil creatures the people of this earth will think nothing evil of it! They will want to be friends with them!! We need to pray that people's eyes would be opened and that they would see the schemes of the enemy!

Be Bold in your message.. but remember.. do it in Love! It's ok to be passionate about it but just make sure that it is in Love. Because Jesus is Love... :-)

I wouldn't be so quick to judge. If something is wrong with watching happy potter, then something is wrong with everything else on tv and in the movies. For they all portray some type of wickedness or sin. So what show s or movies do you watch? Just because I see a harry potter movie it doesn't mean I'm serving sin (ROM 6:6) and obeying the lusts (Rom 6:12). I'm not practicing witch craft, and it doesn't have dominion over me.
 
Actually knowing first-hand the difference between Harry Potter and ACTUAL witchcraft, Harry Potter is not witchcraft. It may even interest you to know that just like actual witchcraft, it does nothing. That's the only way it could accurately be compared to witchcraft. A lot of fantasy hokum that in reality does nothing.
 
There is nothing wrong with HP or any other fantasy book.

I love fantasy books and love to make beleive made up creatures.

Fantasy is also used as a witness. Take for example Narnia.

Just about all that is in these movies and this television is trash, and a working ground for Satan. Anything you yield your flesh to becomes your master. There is much wrong with this, and if you have not been convicted of this, then you are out of the will of God my friend. You say that his is okay, and the next thing you might say is that sin is okay, and in that you are saying that Jesus died for nothing. This is but trash, and anyone who participates in this are blind. But I pray that the Lord will deal with you in this. Serve God, not idols. May Jesus bless you.
 
Okay, I believe someone is trying to be a bit too over religious or "Jesus Juking" ( as I like to say) this whole Harry Potter thing. Being a person who will be going into the entertainment industry with film and TV, I have seen many films, that you would turn red at. Calling Harry Potter (I have seen the movies and yet not a big fan of them, but they are ok, yea that's right I said they are okay) witchcraft, is like taking a sex scene out of a 90 minute thriller movie and calling it a porno. I challenge you to watch some stuff such as Clockwork Orange, Fire, This Film is Not Yet Rated, SuperBad, and if you are really adventurous i suggest the film Pink Flamingos. FYI, all the films mentioned are about 10X more insulting than Harry Potter.

None of this mess glorifies Jesus Christ. That movie is full of witchcraft. And many things people watch on T.V is full of fornication, lust, sensuality and all sorts of fowl evil. How can you say you follow Jesus and you don't do the things he says? You will only have some form, but with a righteous God, you will utterly fail. These glorify Satan and further, they desensitize people to the message of the gospel. Obey Jesus not movies, follow Jesus, not film moves. May Jesus bless you.
 
@ Ramon, I hear u, but you have to remember that we are in this world, not of this world, we are ambassadors for Christ. All have sinned and have fallen short of God's glory. We are saved by grace through faith. If any man says he is without sin if deceives himself. God Bless you as well. Oh and since we are kin in Christ would you be so kind as to tell me how to quote someone's original response/post in my response. So that I can reply directly to that person, since you know how to do it. Thanks in advance

My friend, if we are not of this world, let us be separated from the ways of the world. Too many times believers use the excuse they are sinners saved by grace. Anyone saved by grace, who also follows Jesus would hear his words and OBEY, but anyone who does not obey, or anyone who has become idle to engage in the lusts of the world, are not his own. I have sinned, as anyone who is now under grace has, but should I frustrate the grace of God to return to my own vomit? I tell you it is vomit this mess, and the cares of this life. It is vomit and mud, and contemptible. Anyone that is kin to me obeys the Lord. Anyone that is my brother or my sister in Christ also obeys Jesus Christ. So I will give you his words:

18 ¶Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.
19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
