I'm from NEPA as well, snow was pretty light to shovel today.

Welcome to the community, you will learn a lot about The Bible, alternative viewpoints, and the people are more friendly than anywhere else in internet-land.
 
NEPA is North Eastern Pennsylvania. A more popular one is SoCal. Also known as Southern California. It's just a way to cover a large area of a state. Or you can use it if a major city is not local enough to describe your location.
